Until now, we always managed without a dedicated app. But we figured we could make it simpler, clearer and more fun for everyone. With Alela, you can plan, decide, find, share and follow up; and then, ideally, close the app to spend less time organizing and more time enjoying your trip!

Haven't found one yet? Alela makes your search easier across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Agoda…) by pre-filling your criteria: dates, location, number of participants. Save your favorites, then launch a poll to help the group decide: price, location, participant reviews…
The idea: no one's left without a way to get to the trip, and cars don't leave half-empty…
To make that happen, everyone enters their itinerary and the details of their outbound/return trip, even if it's not fully set yet.
From there, Alela spots possible coordination and suggests shared trips between participants when it makes sense: carpooling, a detour to pick someone up, or simply taking the same train to enjoy the journey together.
Suggestions take everyone's real situation into account: mode of transport, available seats, starting and end points, possible detours, flexibility on dates and times…
Get a meal planner for the trip: everyone sees the planned meal day by day, with quantities adjusted to who's actually there.
